ICASC 2026 continues the tradition of the former Romanian LCG Federation events on Grid, Cloud and High-Performance Computing in Science, while expanding its scope to reflect the current evolution of advanced scientific computing.
The conference will bring together researchers, computer scientists, software developers, infrastructure specialists, data-intensive service providers, and industry professionals working at the intersection of computing, science, engineering, and emerging technologies.
The 2026 edition will address a broad range of topics, including advanced computing infrastructures, scientific software and workflows, data management and big data, artificial intelligence and deep learning, modelling and digital engineering, IoT and edge computing, cybersecurity, robotics, energy, and industrial applications.
