Razvan-Nicusor Cacu

Razvan Cacu obtained his B.Sc. degree in Telecommunications Technologies and Systems (English) in 2025. He is currently a 2nd year M.Sc. student in Telecommunications and a research scholarship recipient in the Orange Educational Program (OEP). He participated in the IEEE ATOMS 2026 conference with the paper "Highly Available Distributed VPN Architecture in Cloud-Native Environments: 5G Edge Integration Through API-Driven Orchestration".
