Dr. Adina Pop Morariu is Tribe Lead for Manufacturing & Multi-Industry at Accesa, where she leads an engineering organization of over 80 professionals delivering software solutions for the automotive and manufacturing sectors. With extensive experience in software engineering, business operations, and organizational leadership, she focuses on digital transformation, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams. She holds a PhD in Systems Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and has previously held leadership and engineering positions at international technology companies, including Huawei and Sony Ericsson.
