Cristian Codău received his B.S. degree in 2017 in Telecommunications Technologies and Systems, his M.S. in 2019 in Communications Integrated Systems with Special Applications, and his PhD in 2024 in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, and Information Technologies from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (TUC-N), defending the thesis entitled “Contributions to the Implementation of SDR-based Systems with Localization and Beamforming Capabilities”. He is currently a lecturer with the Department of Communications of TUC-N and coordinates course, laboratory, and project activities in Radiocommunications. He has authored and coauthored 3 journal papers and 18 ISI and IEEE indexed conference papers. His research interests include SDR-based applications, RF signal processing algorithms, and 5G mobile communication systems.
