Adrian Pop

Adrian Pop is a PhD student in Computer Science and a member of the Intelligent Systems Group at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. His research applies AI to ophthalmology, including the simulation of cellular behaviour in retinal disease and the analysis of medical images. He is also involved in UTCN’s high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure, which he presented at AI Forum @ UTCN during its development and training phase.
